Thanks to a special partnership, a few teenagers from Les Petits Riens had the amazing opportunity to meet with Justin Bieber and participate in his concert last evening in Paris! This event was enabled thanks to the support of Bill O'Dowd (Dolphin Digital Media), a Tocqueville Society Member in the United-States.
